View Full Version : When can i have a healthy pregnancy

Hi, I am just wondering how long it takes our body to totally restore its vitamins and minerals and all the parts downs bellow after birth. I had a very easy birth and extemely fast recover.. I like 2 believe it was due 2 my great health..I have been told it takes around 3years? I Know i dont eat right and feel my body is low in vital nutrients. I no longer polevault so have little strength and muscle like i used to have.

My son is 1yr15mths..if I got pregnant when he was a little over two and gave birth just after his 3rd birthday..do you think i would be healthy enough? ( I am still breastfeeding)
