At about 7:30pm I call it a night. I have no trouble going to sleep.
But a few hours later I wake up and toss and turn for the rest of the night.

When I get up in the morning I am compleatly wrecked.
Then it all starts all over again the next night.

Anyone else have this problem? And what (if anything) can I do to get a good night's sleep:detective:

Oh yeah, I'm having the same thing. I am starting my day at 4:30 these days which totally sucks when you have 3 other kids to look after, lol.

Try getting up for a while and doing something (when I was pregnant with DS2, I would get up and do ironing......I NEVER iron, lol) like watching tv, washing dishes. Give it a go for half an hour or so and trying going back to bed. That usually helps me.

Hopefully we will both be able to get a full nights sleep soon.

its happening to me too:D
my cure, if your going to bed early, wake up early too, and dont just lay in bed, as soon as you wake up get out of bed...then pump your self full of coffee:D , you'll be buzzing in no time.

then you spend the day cleaning and nesting, cooking every meal for everyone.

when bed time rools around you go to sleep and realise that you have the same problem.......the only difference is your house looks fantastic:D

Oh Bronny, I feel for you. I hate those last few weeks of pregnancy. I was living on 3hrs sleep each night for 3mths with my last pregnancy. House was clean, but I felt like **** all through the day, lol.

Nooooo! Don't tell me it gets worse:p
Are you girls trying to tell me having a baby is not going to be like a fairy tail;)

I might try Angel kisses trick out. Get out of bed and do something. Then see if it makes me sleepy........................

Yup, happened to me too :banghead: Just get up and do something, watch TV, trawl bubhub for new posts, read... anything is better than staring at the ceiling.

My beautiful DD started sleeping through at 9 weeks. She's 5 months now, and while the insommnia has subsided and she's sleeping all night, I'M still waking up in the middle of the night! :banghead:

I haven't had a full nights sleep since the day I found out I was pg! About 11pm I get restless and toss and turn till about 2.30 and am up to the loo at least 3 or 4 times on a good night.
