Im currently breastfeeding my 7 month old son and was just wondering if you can still fall pregnant even if you haven't had a period?

Hi, You have posted in an on-line expert section, and so you will only get a response from an on-line expert, not from the general members.

(my thinking is yes btw as you will ovulate before you have your period)

Hi there Bellechase,

The answer is yes, however the optimum gap between children is between 18-20 months to ensure optimum nutrient levels in mum and prospective bub after previous pregnancy and lactation period.
