Hi All,
Just thought I would let everyone know that it looks like our race is run with this pregnancy. My wife had her 12 week scan done today and although they found a sac they could not find a baby. We saw the baby at the 7 week internal even watched the heart beat but that was then and this is now.:gloomy:
I guess at this stage we will try again in a few months time, my wife is in with her GP at the moment to find out what went wrong. She has not MC at this stage so we are not sure what is happening, the baby just seems to have disappeared.

Thanks everyone,
Just received the blood test results and it basically confirms the worst. HCG levels are down to 2700 which is the 5 week level instead of being up around the 11000 level of 12 weeks.
Unfortunately I am away from home so there is nobody to comfort my wife except my voice on the phone, not much of a consolation for her.
I will be back home on Sunday and I am sure it will be a gloomy weekend for my wife until I get home.
