skin reacting differently

I was wondering if anyone has found there skin to be more senstive to skin care / hair removal products. I usually use nair to remove hair from the top lip but i used mums hair removal cream the same thing different name and its for sensitive skin but it felt like it was burning so i had to wipe it off. Wondering if i go get a wax will it react differently / badly aswell. no major problem with the cream but it didnt feel good and didnt do the job as i had to wipe it off after 2 min.

each p/g is differant and your boby will react differant each time ds3 &ds4 couldnt use hair removal or wax and my sikn was so dry that i ended up with chafing and eveything hurt that i tried this p/g is diferant sorry not much help
