Hi Gabriela,

My periods have not returned since i stopped breastfeeding 6 months ago, my little one turns one next week. I have been charting and my temps seem to be all over the place but mainly high. I do walk/ run with the pram everyday could that impact on them not returning. I only excercise for about 30 minutes.
I am monitoring my cervical mucas and i do seem to have fertile then it changes quickly.

After i had my first son i did not breastfeed so i got my periods back 6 weeks postpartum.

Any help would be appreciated.

It’s unlikely you’re are ovulating and or having fertile mucus exactly. Your discharge may seem more wet/watery because your body is trying to ovulate and the hormonal peaks and troughs can give that impression.

Sometimes after a period of breastfeeding the body may take a little longer to get back to a regular cycle.
