Hi girls,

I know this is a silly question but bear with my ignorance.

Lately DH has been very busy with his work and comes home very late. We have got one car which he takes with him. I have no problem with it because i live very close to everything[shopping complexes, banks etc.].But now, i just want to go far, meet more people.:ecomcity:

I was wondering that i can travel by bus because the bus stop is very near to my house. I am just apprehended of the fact that i will have to carry DD, pram, bag and whether i am going to manage it or not[ pram unfolds or not, DD starts crying stuff] DD's cries have changed into shouts and shrieks.

How do you find travelling on a bus with kids? I just want your opinion. And any tips will be nice. It's just that it will be her first journey in a bus.

Thanks in advance.

I travel on the bus with my DD all the time, when I found out I was pregnant with her I went out and found a light weight pram because I knew I would be using the bus alot...

I found its helpful if your pram has a one hand fold, because its so much easier getting on the bus.

I don't really have much advice

but good luck

hi there priya
ok i have travelled abit on busses with dd and had no trouble alot of people take prams and there is a spot to put them but personally like you say it does get abit messy i have a front pack which i found alot better for bus trips....
as far as crying goes i just made sure was well topped up and she loved to look out the window and talk 2 everyone...
it seem abit daunting but its good once u do it the first time hope that helps good luck:thumbsup:

hi,

thanks mandy and moomoosmummy,

I am definitely going to travel by bus now. I hope Ria remains well behaved.:fingerscrossed: My pram is very light weight and easy to fold.

Thanks.
