Hi yet again,

I've just gotten over one problem and another one seems to have cropped up. I made it all the way to 24 weeks without getting too stressed about anything and now I'm onto the second stress in a week, ack!

So anyway... sorry this is kind of yuck, but I really need some reassurance or advice. As of Monday I have had a HUGE increase in drainage. It seems to be anything from a white creamy texture, sometimes it's clear and sometimes it's really thicker stringy stuff that's more yellowish. (I know, yuck...) I've had to start wearing panty liners and I went through 3 today and soggied 2 pairs of undies when it eeked off the liner.

I rang the OB yesterday and they sent me in to my GP today. He took a few swabs but apparently they won't be back until Tuesday. He said my cervix looked fine and that it looked like it was just mucus from the cervix but it's just been getting SO heavy... and I've been getting some mild cramping in my lower abdomen this evening that comes and goes.

I just hate that I have to wait until Tuesday, and I really want to know it's okay... Ack.

Leukorrhoea is very common... I had it last time and it's already started again this time.

I had that during pregnancy. The first time it happened I rushed to my ob thinking it was my waters. I didn't get it explained apart from its normal and expect alot more discharge. It wasn't everyday though (luckily) and I had it worse in 3rd trimester.

I read about the Leukorrhoea thing, I'm just concerned since it's not always white or even clear. In fact today it's been quite yellow. Oh well, I guess I'll just cross my fingers until Tuesday and hope they'll find it if there is a problem!

Sounds like Leukorrhoea I experienced it during both pregnancies :)

Mine wasn't always clear either  Only when it felt like I'd peed myself.
I even had a (sorry for the tmi) but fishy smell and would look yellow and thick sometimes too which indicates an infection, but every swab and test showed nothing. I even had it after bub was born and was convinced I had bv, but again my swabs showed nothing, so was put down to hormones by my gyno.
