Hi mede 1
Come on in and join the FIRST CYCLE IN A FEW DAYS PART 3!
I think everyone there has either been through or going through IVF at the moment, so you are definetly not alone. I'm just about to do my EPU on saturday and this is my 2nd cycle. Only got one egg from the first!
The girls in the thread I mentioned are sooooooo supportive and you find out lots of information. I think I have found out more already than from my Doctor!
Welcome aboard

Welcome Mede1
Well here we are new to this forum and new to IVF. It's quite scraey but also quite fun. So you've just started IVF. So have I.
Where are you currently at in your cycle now? Are you living in Australia? If so, which state? Nosey, arn't I?
I have just started the syranel spray which started Tues just gone, so Day 5 but day 21 of pill (last pill, it was driving me nuts having just another thing to remember) I suppose I had better get use to that.
I guess I've been feeling a little odd since starting this but I think I am more anxious of knowing when I am going to start the injections. My appointment is this Friday coming......we get a blood test which I can only assume will tell us if my cycle has down regulated like they want it too.
My concern is, I also have PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome) and I could over stimulate. The upside I guess at least I have explained infertility. Has anyone heard that PCOS suffers have a higher success rate in IVF? I was told that but not sure.
Good luck with your journey, look forward in hearing from you soon.

Thankyou all for your reply's. It's nice to know you are not alone.
Im currently on day 6 of my injections and I go for a blood test tomorrow to check all is going well :fingerscrossed: .
My dh and I live in Sydney and are going through the Westmead Fertility Clinic and so far they have been great.
But I will admit this is like a roller coaster ride because my emotions are all over the place:o .
