Bundy mums ... need your help :)

We're hoping to build in Bundy in the next few months ... well start the process in the next few months and would love feedback if anyone has built themselves or has friends/relatives that have in the area.

I've heard that heaps of builders have gone belly up in the last 12 months and of some dodgy building practices, so I'd love feedback - the good, the bad and the ugly (feel free to PM if you don't want it on the open forum) about any builders you had some kind of dealings with.

Also ... anyone recommend a great shed builder/supplier?

We haven't built (would love to though!) but a few of DH's workmates have just finished buliding or are in the process now.

Will ask him when he comes home for lunch to suss out how they went.

Have seen one of the houses just finished and it's amazing. It went up really quickly as well I remember.

His name is Ross Bauer from Cavalier Homes. She said they were excellent and the house was up as quick as they could get it. They were building when we had a really bad rainy season of constant rain, but they worked around it and did what they could even though it was raining.

She said they would build with them again and again. I have his mobile number that she passed on. Just let me know if you want it and I can PM you it.

He's on strict orders to remember to ask the others tomorrow.
