Has anyone started doing there own party plan?

I'm thinking about starting my own replica handbag party plan. Dies any one has any tips?

Fake ones will infringe on trademarks and patents etc.

There is a company that does just that and its called a fake party. They have knockoff designer handbags watches and accessories.

Katiesmum-yes fakes ones, there heaps of companys out there that do sell them, I know there are a few companies that do do party plan. But if you state there fakes, and no way real I think that's okay. I've dine research but couldn't find anything. Do u know where I could get info

In Australia it is illegal to sell a fake anything.

These companies pay huge amounts of money to register their trademarks and patents .... and will prosecute you if they find you selling copies of their brands.

Plenty of people go overseas and buy fakes - or from the occasional party plan type thing here, and it is basically overlooked if you are a buyer.

As a seller - you are up for huge amounts if you are caught.

Sorry - not a good business plan.
