Could it be the Cheese?

DS has had cheese on 2 occasions now. The first time was a stick of cheddar cheese. The next day he screamed whilst pooing & had a really red bottom (not nappy rash, more like the poo had burnt him). I hadnt given him anymore cheese until yesterday, he had a tin of cheesy spaghetti & the same thing happened last night. Do you think it is the cheese? If so, whats in it that is causing it?

I'd say it could be. Not sure of why he could be reacting though. Maybe wait another month or so then try one more time and if the same thing happens then make sure he stays away from cheese.
