Hi my name is Ellie - 24 years of age - I have just recenlty separated from my partner and I was told to come here as I meet other people. I have a 16 month old daughter named Chloe.

I was wondering how single people meet other people as myx and I use to have the same friends and now they do not want to have anything to do with me and i'm getting very lonely at home by myself

Hi well i only just started usein these type of sites to find ppl like me (single at home mums ) findin it pretty hard casue been at home for 4 yrs an never been able to get out much , lack of transport an so on , It will get easyier they say , my little girl goes to day care but all the mums seams to be much older an *****y an snobby lol could me the day care place, LOL ;)
anyway i also found lookin on yahoo or msn groupes for single parents or parent websites are the other thing i can think or, or at ya bubs age start goin to playgroup where u can play with you child an *** with adults , lol not sure what they are yet hehe
loads of ppl here , but think most hide lol ;) :o

Hi my name is chris and i am a single 26 yo father. I have 2 terrific kids that i have been raising for the past 2 years.

I have tried to meet new people and its hard. I dont get the chance to get a break from my kids, but i would really like to meet new people and make new friends that would like to catch up for a coffee etc

I dont have much family support and most of my friends dont visit, because all catch up for drinks etc
