Ovulation cramps?

Does anybody else experience cramping and sore boobs days after ovulation?

:yes: yep I do. It feels very much like PMS.

When Im playing netball or running I find I need an extra supportive bra when O comes because they do get sore :rolleyes:

Thanx Bub..I feel like AF is primed to be here already. I guess because I have been on the pill I wasnt sure if I should be feeling this at ovualtion as havent done so for 7 years now.
Gee not sure how I am supposed to have any hint to pregnancy apart form POAS becasue I feel the same most of the time *L* ah the joys of the female body

Yes I used to and on the positive side, at least I knew exactly when I was ovulating :p

Glad it isn't only me..but how long after you ovulated did that stop? I ovulated on Monday and am sick of my boobs aching

Yep, my boobs stayed sore and heavy until my af arrived this last cycle. haven't noticed it before though.

Yes. I don't get sore b/bs, but I do get mild aching for days after. Strange thing is that I don't get it on O day - only after.
