My 11 Week Old Son is teething?

I told my MIL my son had been crying constantly and appeared to be in pain today, but the usual reasons were ruled out.

She told me his cousin cut her first tooth at 12 weeks, then ran her finger along his gums, but couldn't be too sure.

Is this possible?

Oops, ticker tells me he is 10 weeks, 1 day, my bad, naughty mummy can't count.

sure why not, they are all different, one of mine was around 3 months and another was 5 months.

Babies go through periods of unsettledness, they are learning a lot! When my dh moved here he had a permanent headache for 6 months just trying to learn a new language...imagine how overwhelming it is for babies to come out of their cozy, dark, quiet womb and in to the bright loud world.

My dd started teething a 8 weeks, so yes, it is possible ur lil man is teething. While she started teething so early, her teeth kept popping up and going down again, and this went on for about 6 months! So if he is teething, just remember that it could take days, weeks or months before the teeth actually come thru!! Good luck with it all.
