Hi Ladies ,

Just wanting some advice.

I've seen during my travels on here that people buy 'internet cheapie' pregnancy tests and after searching on eBay I've noticed some sellers sell huge amounts (eg. 40 ovulation tests and 20 pregnancy tests) for around $20 which is pretty good.

My question is, is it worth buying these? I'm fairly confident these tests shouldn't be used until after AF is overdue, but are they very accurate? And would I be better off just buying a test from the shops?

Also with the ovulation testers, are these any good? I'm not very good with all the charting stuff and don't want to obsess too much about TTC (my brain is already thinking baby-24/7), but thought these might give me a better idea on when I'm ovulating.

Thanks in advance.

Michelle

I've used both and they work just fine. I've gotten a very, very faint BFP on an internet cheapie at 10DPO so they actually are quite sensitive.

Thanks for that, have you used the ovulation tests?

Yep, I found with the ovulation tests that the test line only ever got the same as the control line (it has to be the same or darker to be positive) but it was enough for me to know I was about to ovulate. I have only used ovulation tests off the internet, and only in two cycles and both times ended up with a BFP.

Awesome, well I guess it's only $20 so I might give them a whirl.

Thanks so much. :)
