Are there any really good books about twins, I must read?
There is a book called Twins by two melbourne mums ( Katrina Bowman and Louise Ryan) that is good.
It was recommended to us by a midwife at our hospital who gave an info night on multiple births. She too has twins daughters.

Hi Yummy Mummy - congratulations on your twins!
I must start by saying that I am not a mother of twins, but have been reading quite a bit on the topic of late as twins run in my family and DH and I are undergoing fertility tmt - according to the FS, both increase our chances... and it's better to be a bit prepared... and it gives me something to focus on, other than not being pregnant  anyhoo...
Maramy is right, "Twins" is a great aussie book - highly recommended!
Also, try "Mothering Twins" by Linda Albi, Deborah Johnson, Debra Caitlin, Donna Florien Deurloo and Sheryll Greatwood - the authors are all mothers of twins (one had two sets) and it offers some good insight and is pretty down to earth and not too heavy going.
Two other books that have been recommended to me are "Having Twins" by Elizabeth Noble and "The Joy of Twins" by Pamela Novotny - I have not read them as yet.
Sheila Kitzinger's "Pregnancy and Childbirth" has a good section on multiple pregnancy - Sheila birthed her twin daughters at home - and her breastfeeding book also has a good chapter on bf multiples.
Another book is "Your pregnancy quick guide: Twins, triplets and more" by Dr Glade Curtis - I picked it up for about $15 in a large bookshop and it has lots of information in bullet point format about all aspects of multiple pregnancy.
Happy reading!

There are a couple of good children's books involving twins. I'm not sure if you are looking for them, but they might be nice to read to your other little ones. This is one that we had for our then 2yo DS, although we didn't have twins.
