we're TTC#3 and i've been taking my Blackmores pre-pregnancy tablets each day. but this morning, i can't remember if i have already taken them! and i actually have a feeling that i am pregnant (period due today but i've had some 'feelings' in the past 2 weeks).

should i not take anymore tablets today (i usually take two of the Gold formula tablets) or take 1 or 2 just in case? i dont want to overdose, but then again i dont want to miss out on important vitamins if i am actually preggars

i've done this quite a few times, so silly :o

Hi there Tracey1974,

You should be totally ok to take double the dose of that particular product.

You will not overdose.

However if you have a calendar in your kitchen (or wherever you take your supplements) you may like to get into the routine of ‘ticking’ that day off when you’ve already taken your dose—so that way you will know you’ve definitely taken it and will not be wondering...
