just a quick maybe silly question. what is the most accurate way to take your temperature, i mean like under your tongue or underarm. And what thermometer do you use. thanks

I do under my tongue and that seems to work fine. You can buy a special basal thermometer, but any good digital (two decimal places) should be fine.
