Does any one have any good PH diets for trying to conceive a baby girl, for myself & my husband?
Thanks! :)

Hi, I was given this link from a previous thread. http://www.in-gender.com/cs/forums/storage/206/449382/girlCooking%20withTamara.pdf

I don't intend on trying until next year, but it seems to have a lot of information.

Good luck

Hi, I tried that method with diet and I had luck in getting pregnant.....to a beautiful baby boy!
I think this next time round I'll try the "Shettles" theory. Just google it , seems more scientifically and evidence based than others. But at the end of the day it's the man that determines the sex regardless.
Goodluck

I know this thread is a few weeks old, but wanted to say that its not just about diet...the in-gender website is really good because it outlines all 7 of the areas you need to focus on to increase your chances of a good sway. Shettles method has been disproven as it was found that although x and y sperm swim DIFFERENTLY, one does not swim faster and die quicker than the other as originally thought, hence why timing alone really holds little value. One might try the PH diet, but if the other factors arent taken into account, its still very likely to conceive the opposite sex that you were trying for. And in the end, swaying still only increases your chances for a girl by a bit...its not 100%. Best of luck! We will be ttc #3 (for a girl) in a few months, so getting all my supplements etc now ;)

And although yes, the sperm determines the sex of the child, it has more to do with the polarity of the egg each cycle, the biorhythms, the acidity/alkalinity and PH levels of the mother that "attract" certain sperm...it all sounds so out there I know, but it wasnt until I really looked into the science behind it that it made sense. Fascinating really....

hi! ive just replied to another similar thread, but anyway....

i agree with plumptobump- go to in gender. itll give you all the info that you need. And I dont believe in the shettles either. We swayed with diet took supoplements etc and got our girl!

good luck!
