The new challenge is sunrise or sunset! I think we had a week or so last time, so next tuesday we can vote. :)

Loving all these pics!!! I have so many sunset/ sunrise pics but they were taking about 6 years ago on my video camera, so its very bad quality :laughing:
OMG - all those photos are fantastic. TabouliRasta the pic you have posted is exceptional - absolutely beautiful.

Thankyou so very much! You have no idea how wonderful it feels to have a stranger compliment a photo. I'm so very green and have gorgeous family and friends that give me beautiful compliments, but I know that it's because they're my family and friends!. The more photos I (attempt to) take, the more I realise the skill required, and respect the artistry that photographers have.

Ooh well I am not very good- but I am finally going to wade into one of these comps!!
HERE tis (http://www.bubhub.com.au/community/forums/album.php?albumid=2095&pictureid=10932)... but I might try tomorrow to load it into photobucket- its come out blurry in the BH album :confused: Is much sharper in my computer.

that edging looks like a fallen tree in the firground, but you can get similar ps tools

You're most welcome TabouliRasta. I like looking at the photos people are taking. I am just starting out. When I get my confidence up I may have to join in the fun too - but until then I hope no-one minds me admiring their work. It's truly fantastic. And :yes: the more I learn about photography the greater the appreciation I have for pics that require A LOT of skill.

Its the ground.... we have a steep drop off from the side of the house- and its the cleared dirt falling away.... so alas nothing super special there!!! :D

Question: with these challenges are the photos to be recent as in .. as soon as the challenge theme is stated, you go do a photo somewhere .. or can they be a photo taken previously .. be it weeks or months ago ?

This pic is taken from our front verandah... we get a different sunset almost everyday! I love it cos it looks like the towers are holding up the clouds:)

(though would sell a kidney for a SDLR!!!:o) - Tried to have it blown up but the Pixel count is too low.. - The one down side of the old camera :( But I still love the result.

2.5 MP. (can be blown up but not larger than A4..) *sob* would have made a beautiful entry way Pic..
