How to boost our chances

DH and I are TTC#2, we conceived our DD naturally and we are truly fortunate to have a healthy and happy 9 month old. We have been TTC since she was 3 months old as we want our children to be close in age.

DH is taking Menevit and I'm taking Elevit and vit e. My cycles are 28 days and I've got OPKs ready to start next cycle. is there anything we can do to boost our chances?

We both don't drink, or smoke, and we cook all our meals from fresh produce.
