I just bought my son a cute little green Eenee Weenee nappy/cover. :yelclap:
Just wanted to check that what I have done is right...? I folded up a cloth nappy, fitted it into the pouch and strapped it on him.... it looks asthough it will catch and soak up ANYTHING, but at the same time, looks kind of funny?!
Does it sound like I have done the right thing? or should I have cut the cloth nappy in half or something for during the day and just use a whole one at night?

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated! Thanks! :)

You dont need to cut the nappy as long as its folded up & sitting in the eenee fine then all should go well
All i found was that being used to pocket nappies i had to make sure that the terry flat came up high enough to make sure it caught all the wee hehe.
Sometimes its trial & error im afraid so hopefully you wont have too many accidents :fingerscrossed:

Sounds right to me! What looks funny about it?

He just looks mega 'bulgy' around the crotch, front and back!
He's sitting on about 8 layers of fluffy towelling...lol.
It looks like it may be uncomfortable to lay down, because the padding is so thick, right up to the bottom of his back... IYKWIM?

Hmmm in that case you might want to drag out all your daggy old not very superabsorbant almost seen there day flats and use them. You will definately find them to be no where near as bulky as the nice new fluffy looking ones.

Or you could cut the nappy in half!;)

If you are stuck for some 'almost seen there day' nappies I could give you a couple, (I have heaps)!;)

Thanks for the offer OM!
I have stacks of nappies, but yeah, I think I will start using the crappier quality ones as the soaker pads.
I'm probably just not used to seeing Bodhi with these kind of nappies... the normal ol' kite-folded nappy is more evenly spread out.
I am quite happy with this Eenee though! Now that he has clothes on over it, it looks less bulky than the normal cloth nappies... and he is asleep with it on at the moment, so I'm guessing it can't be too uncomfortable!
Oooh, I'm so excited I think I might even go and order some more... I'm watching a few on e-bay aswell!
So much easier than the old school nappies... I really wanted to get out of the habit of using disposables when I'm out and about. Very lazy and disorganised of me! Now I have no excuse!

Thanks for your help ;)
