growing pains

our daughter who is nearly 3 has started getting growing pains (i think?!) she's up all night with sore legs and feet and i have to massage them till she goes back to sleep. Does anyone have any other ideas so she can (we can!) get a good nights sleep?:sleeping:

My son gets this all the time. It is so wierd. Someone said it is a deficiency in something but i dont know what :confused: But his knees and feet hurt off and on. They will hurt for a couple of night then it stops. He is always waking up crying :crying: So I would love to hear any suggestions too :D
