Im a 27 yr old SAHM with my 17 month old daughter, Ashley.

Im looking for some Mums to chat with .
Although im busy taking care of my little family,
i still seem to feel bored and lonely often enough to bug me!!

Can anyone recommend any SOR get together's or playgroups??
We've been to 1 playgroup which wasn't much good :thumbsdown:
and have been put off for a while.

I'm in Perth SOR too - there are quite a few of us - we catch up every few weeks or so just keep your eyes on the WA section :D

As for playgroups I help organise a nice friendly one but it's in Thornlie ...so it might be a bit too far for you (??). You'd be more than welcome any time if you are up for a drive. :D

Thornlie isnt very far from me at all really only a 5 - 10 minute drive depending on traffic and thanx for the invitation to come along :)
How do i access the WA section??

If you look at the main board and scroll down to near the bottom there is a section for each state, click on Western Australia and then click on Perth. :)

I'll Pm you the playgroup details too.

We are going on our first family holiday in 10 days with DD. Does anyone have any travelling tips for on the plane. It seems like a long time (4 hours) to have her sit on my knee and expect her to be good, she'll want to run around the plane after half an hour. lol :detective:

To view pm's you just click on private messages on the upper left hand corner of the screen (there are prob other ways too - can't think straight - very tired at the mo due to visiting family, baptism for bubba in the am, and way more 'dust' in my house than minutes to remove it b4 mass guest arrival tomorrow ....Ahhhhh!)

anyway if you need more info about finding your way around the site please feel free to ask and I swear I will have more time to describe in a much better way through the week - t'rah for now

PS - remind me of the plane travelling thing again by pm - I have done a few trips with the bubba - sorry just in such a hurry at the mo - t'rah for now :)
