Places for rollerblading around the Hunter?

Hi,

Does anyone have any suggestions as to where I can take my 6 yo rollerblading around Maitland and Newcastle?

The new little biketrack at Maitland Park is good, but also looking fir something with more length to it so she can get up more speed :D

I would prob say maybe the Foreshore.... you could take the walking/bike track all the way round Honeysuckle....

Or the Lake.... they have just extended the boardwalk further along towards Eleebana....

There is also now a decent walking/bike track around Lambton Park.... as is there one in Jesmond Park.....

If so, is the track particularly hilly or is it ok?

The stretch along Bar Beach to Merewether is quite nice and has walking/bike path, but one rather sizable bump midway.....

Yep that's the one, with the rose garden just down from the major roundabout..... I haven't walked the path before, but I'm pretty sure it weaves through the entirity of the park.... so may have sections that are a bit hilly....

I'll keep my eye out Z in my travels in case I come across anywhere else that might be suitable..... I'm sure there are more places that I just can't think of....
