I am staying at my parents house and cooked all my favourite dishes though im stumped as to what to cook next. My dad is pretty fussy with what he eats like italian food would not eat any of that hates pasta pizza etc, hates mushrooms and other stuff i cant think of at the moment oh they dont eat rice or mash so everytime i cook a meal i have with rice they have it with chips instead or hash browns. i want something easy and quick but delish aswell. I dont feel up to cooking lately as my morning sickness gets worse but i have to so all ideas please. Oh that have been tried and tested:laughing:

hehe what a pain in the rear end
Id just stick to the standard old Meat and Vege.. just try getting some interesting meats..
ie: chicken kievs, chicken cordon bleu, shishkebabs, rissoles, meatloaf (some butchers do really nice ones), marinated chicken pieces, peppered steak, garlic steak... etc.
And possibly get some different gravy/sauce packets to throw over it all for something different..
stiryfrys with basic honey and soy marinade
Chunky chicken and vege soup
Fussy eaters annoy the heck out of me.. my ex was as bad as they come - he'd just eat steak sandwiches for 3 meals a day - never mind what it did to our pockets! :banghead:

You could always do homemade burgers with the rissoles too, just squash them to make them more flat rather than round. We have those once a week!
Or a beef strog with noodles? Or something really easy - good old roast chook/lamb/beef.
Fancy not liking mash?! I thought everyone liked mash....

Even my DD will eat scalloped potatoes, so you might give that a try. My recipe isn't foolproof, I need to tweak it, but there was one posted on the forum in the last week. It's an easy one to throw in the oven and forget about for an hour. Or maybe baked potatoes: wrap each potato in foil and throw in the oven for around an hour till tender in the middle when poked with a fork. Serve with butter and/or sour cream.
