Can natural therapies help us?

Hi there, thanks for providing responses to questions on the site, it's fantastic.

I have been considering going to a naturopath to seek help for fertility issues, but am not sure if it is the right path for me - I have only one very badly blocked and scarred fallopian tube so will need IVF to concieve. Otherwise eggs, cycle, sperm, all good and healthy says my Dr. I thought natural therapies helped unexplained fertility. I am looking to take some control over my own fertility if possible so am wondering if you think it could assist us as well, and if you could recommend a good starting point?
