Confused about ovulation, can onyone help?

2nd day at Bub Hub and more questions!

Sunday - Full ferns, no EWCM
Monday - Full ferns, EWCM (loads of), temp down and cramps
Today - No ferns, EWCM (moderate), temp still down (same as yesterday) and more cramps

I haven't had symptoms for so long before?!? I actually feel sick with the cramps...

Have I already ovulated or am I about to? Not sure how to read the signs?

I believe your EWCM is your best indicator of O over the ferns (which can vary depending on different external factors) so going off that and your temps, Id be inclined to suggest your about to O.

Only because some woman see a temp dip just prior to ovulation and together with the EWCM could see you a almost if not acutally Oing. Your cramps could be another indicator of actually ovulating.

Bottom line usually is dont stop BDing incase you havent yet O'd!

Ferning and EWCM is a good sign that you are fertile and about to ovulate or have ovulated. I would take EWCM to be a more reliable sign than ferning, in terms of being fertile. If your temperature is down, that is also a possible sign of ovulation.

You cannot confirm ovulation until you have had 3 days straight of high temperatures. So in other words, keep BD'ing until you have had 3 days of high temperatures. It is okay to BD every second day during the fertile period because sperm can survive for a couple of days or sometimes more, in fertile CM.

Your temperatures will usually get higher than what they have been for the rest of the cycle if you have ovulated.

Sunday EWCM and partial ferning
Monday , temp dipped and was "wet" and had full ferning.
Today, temp rise and EWCM, partial to very little ferning

That was what I have just found with me. I noticed last night I had O pains.... so we bd last night and will again tonight just incase. I am on cd 15 today, last cyce FF picked up O on CD 17 but we only temped, no CM and no Maybe baby.

There would be normally be plenty of BD'ing going on now with these signs but DH is away :crying: .

Last BD was on Saturday night so I think we were too early... Oh well nothing to be done about that.
