I have been having a similar problem with my daughter at the moment. Some advice I was given was:
Have someone else give the bottle (and you leave the room or even the house)
Give the person that is giving the bottle wear or have a tshirt worn by you near by.
Squirt some milk onto the teat so that it can be tasted when put in the mouth.
Start BF and when the baby has started sucking slip the nipple out and the bottle teat in.
Are you freezing your EBm or giving it straight away? I have found that my frozen breast milk has a different smell and taste and my daughter refuses it. Today I thought I would try her with a small bottle of formula to see if it was the bottle or the EBM that she didnt like and she took the whole bottle of formula no worries!

I also had similar problems with DD and taking a bottle.
In the end, I left my mum with DD and 160mls EBM in a faster release teat (as I had a very strong let down) and mum got DD to take about half the feed. DD just would not take the bottle from me as she could always smell my milk. I didn't want to wait until DD was starving as trying the bottle only upset her further.
You could try a small amount of EBM in a bottle every day after a breastfeed, so the experience is not distressing for bubs and he gets used to EBM coming from the teat but it probably should be done every day until he accepts the bottle.
In the end, DD really struggled with the bottle so now she has EBM from a sippy cup with a non drip spout which is fine and allows me to get out a little more. I started with the sippy cup from about 5 months (I or mum had to hold it for a while) but now she drinks on her own.
Good luck :)

We were having the same problem with Ds not taking a bottle. advice that we were given was pretty much the same as above except that you might want to try waiting until bubs is really hungry (about 3 hours from last feed) then try the bottle first that way bubs is hungry and give him a little taste so that he knows what is in the bottle.
