I've just started 8 week old DD on the Baby Whisperer technique and it's going amazingly well, it's like she is a dif bub in only one day!

But... as I'm establishing a routine for her I'm confused as to when the best time is to take her out for a walk in her pram or when I need to do errands/doctors visits etc, all this will disturb her especially if I have to move her into carseat then pram etc...

Do I do all this straight after a feed, which means she may not sleep or put her down and get her up after an hour hoping she;ll drop back off after all the movements?

I would take her out in her play time, so just after you feed her.

What I do is try to move my boy in his awake time and be somewhere for his whole sleep time, be it at the shops or friend's place (sleep in the pram) or at home (sleep in the cot). You need to be there a bit before sleep time so there is a chance to wind down a bit. It gets easier as you get used to the times.

I'd take her out during "activity" time - ie. after a feed.
We did the baby whisperer from about 8 weeks as well and it worked like a charm for us
Good luck :)
