Hi
Just to let you know, lemsip is perfectly fine whilst breastfeeding. I've had to use it myself once or twice while breastfeeding.
Hope you feel better soon

Yep - your DP is right - Lemsip has paracetomol. If you have the normal ones it's 500mg and if it's the max ones it has 1000mg.
Basically the most important thing is to make sure you take the lemsips into consideration if you're also having panadol (each panadol tablet/caplet/capsule) has 500mg of paracetomol so make sure you leave the same time frame between lemsips and panadol doses and don't exceed 4000mg in a 24hour period. It doesn't matter how your doses are made up - whether tablets or drink.

I was just making sure there wasn't any pseudoephedrine in it. The flu strength Lemsip used to have it.
