I am sure there is a post here somewhere but there are so many dont now where to start so if you no the awnser or can point me in the right direction I would be gratefull
I am TTC and have got my self a maybe baby only been using it 3 days and a thermomator (spelling) but I have no idea on what the temps mean like do thay go up when you are Oing or down and so
Please can someone show me the light and send me on my way to a BFP

Generally speaking, your temperatures will go through two phases in a cycle. During the first part of the month, temps will be low. Once ovulation has occurred, temps rise and stay high, until AF arrives.

Hi Kmam

Your best bet is to go to fertilityfriend.com and have a little look around. Its an online site that you can track your temps and also has loads of information on what they mean etc. You can track all your other cycle things as well, like your maybe baby etc. All in aim of finding out when you O . .

briefly your temp generally goes down by a little when you O then goes up a little higher than it was once you've o'd until around when AF arrives, when it goes down again - unless your UTD when it hopefully stays up there. Take a look at my chart below. Not the most normal cycle but you can sort of get the idea - from the dip I just had I expect AF to arrive tomorrow . . .

Thanks ladies for your help I will look at fertility friend to try and work it out at this stage I am still trying to work out what this silly body of mine is doing.
Its all very interesting what ever happened to have sex you WILL get preg that thay teach you at school.
If only it was that easy lol
