Hi,
Just wondering if anyone has been to the Kicking Boxing for fitness classes at northlakes.
Im keen to do, but very unfit. Just wondering how you found the classes. Im worried I wont be able to keep up.
Is the group very clicky? I would be going by myself and dont want to feel like an outsider.
Thanks

Hi! My hubby is starting up his own Personal Training business in Murrumba Downs (he studied for one FULL year at Tafe & completed Cert 3 &4 and is very experienced in group training and has been teaching and training in Martial Arts for 20 years now) and will be running Group fitness & Boxing for fitness classes of a morning. Even though I am married to him and he is a personal trainer, I am unfit, its never really been my thing.. you know.. excersise but I REALLY enjoy the boxing for fitness! There is just something fun about boxing as hard as you can at some boxing pads  If youre interested in going along let me know and I'll PM you the details :)
Dont feel shy about going by yourself.. think of it this way..everyone else will be going by them selves, they wont know anyone either, and you dont have to worry about not keeping up, any GOOD group fitness classes will cater for ALL fitness levels and abilities :flowerz:
