Try some sweet chili sauce, honey, and soy sauce. Throw in a little bit of garlic and then taste it to see if you think it needs anything else. You can marinate the strips before you cook them, then use the marinade as the stirfry sauce.
I generally just grab stuff and chuck it in the pan, then taste it to see if it needs anything.
You could also make beef stroganoff - packet mix or if you buy a can of condensed mushroom soup, the recipe is on the back to make strog from scratch.
There's beef goulash, which you can also make from a packet but if you google 'beef goulash' you should find heaps of recipes.
Hope this helps!

Hi Blessed Mum,
Another stir fry recipe would be beef strips with broccoli. Just puts ome sesame oil in a pan, crushed garlic, brown the strips, add the broccoli then some oyster sauce. Put pepper to taste. No need to add salt as the oyster sauce is a bit salty. Serve with long grain rice.

Use them in Burritos or Soft Tacos etc..
Just pick up a pack in the supermarket and it has everything in it you need besides the meat and salad.

I had beef stronganoff last night. It was lovely.
All i used was the packet mix and some sour cream, and the left over beef from the night before's roast.
