View Full Version : Speach DVDS.
Hi
My 4 year old son has a speach disorder. I have him in speach therapy but he is not responding very well at all.
I Found some speach DVD's by Baby Bumble Bee.
Just wandering if anyone has heard or used these.
Or could reccomend some other ones.
Cheers Bex
We use the ones made by our speech centre ask them if they have any

Hi Bel,
My daughter has pdd-nos (on the autism spectrum) and I bought them for her about a year ago. They helped somewhat with her receptive language. She was only one and a half at the time so we bought her the first level which was pretty basic. It depends where your son is at receptively. The accents (American) and certain words they use could potentially be confusing for Australian kids and they're not that much fun to watch. They're pretty much like flashcards on video at the basic level but im not sure what they're like at your sons level. They're pretty expensive and I really don't know if I would buy them again if I could have my time over to be honest. I read some of the reviews though and some people say they helped tremendously :)
