tyler had bronchitis for a little over 6weeks when she was 6.5months,, i sorry to say there isnt much that you can give to help them, tyler had to go see the doc every day to have oxygen or she had to be put into hosp
you need to make sure you give lots of water, tyler also when of her food and bottles but i had to make her drink water,, dymodon seem to work good for her to get some sleep,
hope your little one gets better soon :hugs:
oh dear - I hope your night is going ok (hugs)
Jack has had three chest infections and he is only 8 1/2 months old :( so I know that you feel pretty horrid atm ..
I just
a)keep his room warm (so he is breathing warmer air)
b) I put baby balsalm (sp?) or even normal vicks on his SINGLET (not skin) - which helps reduce the nose blockages.. and
c) tilt the whole COT!!!! I always elevate his cot when he is sick .. he sleeps SOOOO much better with his head raised... I put it up at least 10cm at the head end..
d) I gave Jack dimmatapp too - but it does nothing for the chest.. but it at least dried up his nose ... just a thought
the drs dont panic unless they are refusing food and drinks... and if it is simply viral .. they probably wont do anything about it anyway ...
oh hon .. I hope you hvae a good night sleep :( :hugs: to you ...

i have it on low at the moment :) dont want the lounge room to get too cold, or he will have an asthma attack from the cold
how contagious is bronchitis?if you are taking antibiotics?
Interesting about the heater. I always put it on to warm up the room especially to keep my son warm cause of his asthma and he has a flu which seems like always. So I would love to know if this is correct
