ET - How many??

Second IVF cycle currently underway. Have had one BFP with BO at 8 weeks :( Then frozen cycle no luck. Both times one embryo transfered only. This time around hubby and I have been on strict diet (no alcohol, caffeine, refined sugar etc). Needed ICSI last time not this time. :thumbsup: Highly recommend good diet! Have 6 fertilised embryos, up to day 2 with 4 @ 4 cells and 2 @ 2 cells. Looking pretty good. We are not sure whether to have two ET's or still go with one? We want to have a baby but not sure about the realities of two at once. Also worried about how we might feel if we have 2 ET's and both don't work, could be a soul breaker. Any advice?? :eek:

I had 2 embies transfered because of my age and my IVF Doc also prefers to work with 2 embies (where possible)
Have you talked about this with your Doc?

You are certainly on the right track by eliminating caffeine, alcohol from your diet...
I am a strong believer in cutting out all caffeine.... including chocolate, etc...
