Tell me it will be ok and we will find a house :(
this is seriously driving me insane.. our rental sold and the new owners are moving in, in may. We have applied for sooooo many houses but just keep getting knocked back again and again..
we have a good reference from our landlord of 2 years and have always been good tenants.. but at this rate we will be homeless!!
When will it all end, we already had to put up with 9 months of inspections ALL the time when the house was for sale, in the midst of all this I was pregnant and then had people wanting to inspect the place when I had just brought my baby home!! :banghead:
and now someone has found a home in ours, and we can't seem to find our new home to go to :(

You will find somewhere.
Make sure when you go to bed tonight, that you imagine your perfect home.
Imagine moving the packed boxes into it, that feeling of staying the first night with half your belongings still packed in boxes and only the kettle unpacked LOL...
And tell yourself a hundred times a day,
"I am living in my new wonderful home."
Babe - you will find somewhere, by default, you will find somewhere. Just relax, let your mind use positive imagery, and use positive affirmations in your head. (if nothing else, it will give your brain a rest from all the freaking out about not finding anything).
Remember tonight as you drift off, imagine your new house, how it feels to finally be in your new home. Putting away your books into bookshelves etc...

If you haven't found a place in time, I'm pretty sure it would be reasonable to ask the new owners if you could stay til you do find a new place, and pay them rent for the time you stay. A friend had to do this recently and her agent said that it would be wrong for them to expect my friend to move out before they had found somewhere to move to.
I hope you find somewhere fast :hugs:

very good advice, thanks.. I really need to chill a bit.. I have been trying to put it out to the universe like I did last time we moved, and when things were totally up in the air. But things are 10 million times more stressful now so it's been harder to sit and quieten my mind. I need to get back into meditation but I never find the time.

thanks, yeah I know if worse comes to worse we pretty much won't be budging, as annoying as it will be for them and the current owners, but if we have nowhere to go, what other choice do we have.
