STILL no AF

Everyone around me is getting very concerned ..... Declan is nearly 6 months and I still have not had my first flow.

I bled for nearly the full six weeks and Declan was born by c-sect so I expected that ... but nothing since.

How long is "average" before the first AF???

DS1 - 12 weeks after birth
DD1 - 10 weeks after birth
DD2 - STILL WAITING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Are you breastfeeding or bottle feeding? I only just got mine yesterday after 11 months! But I've been breastfeeding so that's pretty normal. If you are worried, see your doctor:)

OOps forgot to mention that ...... he was NEVER breast fed ..... I can't feed so he never took it....... ?????

I had a c-section and my little girl is now 18 weeks and nothing yet, though I am breastfeeding. I only bled for 2 weeks at the most after she was born. I dont miss it I must admit . .. hhee

not sure what the normal range is, but I know that there is quite a range between women. As I said, see your doctor if it's worrying you, if not, just enjoy the break:cool:

I had my DD by c/section too and didnt get my period back until she was 12 months old! :eek: (I breastfed until 9 1/2 months)
Dont stress - apparently its pretty normal.
