Any 2nd time mum's also due in Dec?

Hi,

I'm due 13th of December and this will be my second baby. I have an 18 month old and am nervous about how I will cope with two!

I'm 24 weeks at the moment and am a lot larger than the last time. Is there anyone out there having the same experience? People often ask me when I'm due and I'm sure they are shocked when I tell them I'm only 24 weeks, I look the same as I did at 8 months the last time!

Hi,

My name is Emma and I am 24 weeks pregnant and I am due with my second child on the 22nd December, my daughter's birthday. My daughter will be 5 this year and is excited about getting a baby brother. I am actually smaller this time round compared to the first time, but that could be related to different fathers or that I was physically fitter before i fell pregnant this time round.

With this pregnancy I was lucky and didnt suffer any morning sickness where as i suffered with it for 6 months morning and night when i was pregnant with my daughter. This last few days haven't been so well though. I was admitted to hospital on the weekend as i was showing signs of premature labour but everything was ok. I have to go for an internal ultrasound this week to check the cervix as I do have a risk of premature labour as i had cervical treatment for CIN3 in June last year. Have any other mothers had treatment for the same and gone on to have a full term baby?
