My DD2 is in Cloth nappies and has a rash on her "girly bits "( LOL ) and i use a fleece liner in the cloth nappies. Can fleece cause a reaction like this?

It may or may not be the fleece liner. Try a natural bottom balm (cocoa butter or similar) and if it doesn't clear up, it may be a thrush infection. My DD had this and it wouldn't respond to anything unti lI had a pharmacist look at her bottom and got the thrush diagnosis.

I put some paraderm cream on tonight ( she is wearing a disposable). So i will see how it is in the morning, at the moment she has got the runs from her antibiotics. I will see it in the morning.
Did you go to the DR when the pharmacist checked it out, you have a good pharmacist who does that for you.
I PM you and i called you funnychicken sorry..

If she has been on anti-biotics then there is a higher than normal chance that it will be thrush. There is a product in the chemist (over the counter) that treats thrush very quickly but all I can remember is that it starts with a D. Most pharmicists are willing to have a look at minor things and can usually tell you whether or not you need a GP. It's a great way of avoiding the Dr's and all the associated costs!
I think the chemists also stock more natural products these days. I make my own, so haven't bought anything like it in a long time.
Good luck.:)

I think the anti-fungal cream is called Daktarin (or Clonea if you get the cheapo version) :)

The anti-fungal nappy cream is Daktozin. It's zinc cream with thrush medication mixed in, and is VERY effective.

I got some Canestan Cream from the chemist this morning, it is not as red as yeaterday and i have been changing her nappy very frequently too.
She has a little bite from something on her "girly Bits", so that may not help either.
Thanks for all the help.
