Has anyone done the YANA Group at the Lyell McEwin hospital?
What was it like and did you find it helpful?

I went to the YANA group for 18 months or more - was really great. Being with other mums who were going through PND - it reminded me I was 'normal'. There's no judging, just support.
Hope that helps.

I was sent to them through the midwives whilst I was pregnant as I had been diagnosed with depression not long before I fell pregnant. When I went, the lady running it was Tracy Semmler-Booth. I know she's still at the Lyell McEwin - so you could just ring the hospital and ask for her. She is really nice, and always willing to help.
Also - I think there's a brochure available from the Family Clinic at the hospital (Women's Health). :)

ShellKiz:- Sent you details of YANA group via FB.
abandc2003:- Tracy still runs the group but it is now a closed 10 week program and not a continuous program like it used to be.
