Bit of background....had my normal 12 week scan last wednesday...all was perfect.
Friday morning i started spotting bright red blood...very slight, more when i wiped...so off to monash i went.
They were great, checked me out...sent me for an ultrasound. They said results all good, hb 156, perfect sized for dates etc etc but wanted me to see my GP this week.
So, saw my GP yesterday and she had the full results of my scans on Friday. I am a bit confused about the results lol soooo, here is my confusion....
All bubby measurements are perfect to the day, anatomy "unremarkable" which is great.
BUT
Hypoechoic region located posteriorly - represents fibroid measures 1.4*1.2*.6 cm
2nd hypoechoic region, inferior to gestational sac measures 1.6*.9*1.3 cm and represents a sub chronic haemorrhage
is this bad???? My gp did not really seem to know....i don't see my OB until Thursday.
