Sorry, this is a bit of a personal thing...
I read on one of the pregnancy websites that it's not recommended to "douche" when pregnant.
I have heard before of a "douche bag" which is for rising out the vagina internally.
I don't use this, but as I do get a bit of discharge down there I like to rinse myself out well in the shower (I have a shower head that comes off the wall and is handheld). I was wondering if this is considered douching? I don't feel properly clean if I don't do this, but am I just meant to wash with soap and water on the outside only, does anyone know?
