I am wanting to put together a meal plan and want to use relatively easy recipes that either myself or partner can prepare and cook.
We've become really slack lately, and I am so tired and nausea when I get home from work I just dont feel like cooking so we end up with something thrown together, takeaway or toasties.
So help me come up with something.
Share your simple recipes and budget recipe ideas to.

Simple pasta dishes. The Ragalleto sauces are cheap and taste nice. Just throw in some mince or tuna with them, simmer for a bit and serve with pasta. You can even use them for a pasta bake.
Keep a pack of stir-fry style veges in the freezer. Add some meat, noodles, garlic, ginger, soy and oyster sauce and you've got a nice easy stir-fry.
Things like the chicken tonights are quick and easy and not too costly. Its just a matter of if you like them.
I'll come back if I think of more.

lamb or pork chops marinated with fruit chutney - Its delicious and Easy!
Jsut marinate the chops the night before - or even just before if you are running short of tme. Pop them in the oven make sure they are all coated in the fruit chutney (i use the home brand chutney and its by far the nicest then the more expensive brand imo). I serve with mash and green beans :)
chilli con carne in the slow cooker
add casserole meat cut into peices
onion
grated carrot
grated zuchini
a handfull or two of lentils
whatever other vegies you have on hand maybe capsicum etc
two cans of tomatos
1 can of bertolotti beans
3-4 tablespoons of mexecan chilli powder
brown the meat and then add all in the ingredients to the slow cooker excpet the beans and then leave on all day, then when you get home from work add the can of beans and serve on rice
