Hi girls,

I'm a mum of a 7 mth old so its all still very fresh for me - and I'm a student midwife :)
I'm looking for mums-to-be that are having babies on the Gold Coast within the next few months who would like to experience some (free) continuity of care - i.e. have someone get to know them before the birth so that you can be supported through your birth in the best way possible.

Basically I attend a few of your antental visits, and you have my mobile number to call me when you go into labor - as well as supporting you through early days with your bub at home. I'm available to chat about any feeding issues, settling issues etc, and refer you onto other services if you need it.

I've experienced pretty much everything except a C section - a long, difficult first birth with loads of interventions, and a second easier, completely natural birth without any interventions at all. This is what inspired me to do midwifery, and I would love to chat to you about the possibility of being a support during your birth.

My personal mission is to help women prepare for the birthing process so that they can have a good experience, and help new mum's and dad's through that transition into being a parent to feel happy and confident in their new role.

Sooo... send me a message if you've got any questions

and remember - trust your body - women have been giving birth for thousands of years, your body is meant to do this, so learn as much as you can and let your body do the rest:fingerscrossed:
