My baby is 3 wks old. She slept from midnight - 4am when I picked her up her neck area on her back was damp she must puked milk. Anyway fed her then she woke up 7am crying and it sounded phlegmy. She went back to sleep and woke up 1hr later to feed but didn't have much? She doesn't feel hot but could she be sick? I don't know what to do? Any advice?

If she sounds wet/phlegmy, she could be coming down with something.
Blocked nose you can use saline drops for her nose. Or close the bathroom up & turn on the hot water & stand in the room with her. The steam will help everything let go.
If you havent washed her close yet, have a smell of them. If they smell like off milk, she's puked. & May have refluxed.

it sounds like she might have reflux ... it's when bubs regurgitates and vomits in her sleep ... the acid burns her throat ... then she wants to feed coz it makes her throat feel better ...

She only drank 45min on my breast, we usually top her with 90ml formula as my milk supplys been low. But she wasn't hungry after breast n is sound asleep? Her last ful feed was 4 hrs ago? Usually she's hungry every 3hrs n drinking 90-120ml.

It could just be a natural change in appetite too - as they get older they can go a bit longer with out a feed, they also get more efficient at feeding so the feeds get shorter. If it was a milky spew it could have been something as simple as a spill (an overfull tummy or an airbubble under the milk which causes them to have a little spew ) My two would do this esp if they didn't burp after the feed.
Also if she is going a bit longer between feeds then your supply (esp at first) will be a bit more (and extra hours worth) so perhpas she was jsut full on BF and didn't need the top up.
I just wanted to give some other options cause it might be something simple.
Hope for your sake it is
HTH :hugs:
