if you are infrount of bills like gas and electricity will you get a bill saying you are up to date or no bill at all?

you still get one and it will say that you are in credit, well I have anyway with my gas bill. I usually pay a little extra than it says, then after winter it drops right down from $300 to $15 and a few times I have got one saying no payment required and it has for example $30CR written on it
