Hi,
I'm new to this site.
My partner and I have been trying to fall pregnant for a while.
To be honest, I have no idea what to do....

There's a fairly significant age diff I'm 21 - he's turning 39.

I had hormone tests the other day - came back fine.

Are we "doing" things right....? I feel really weird writing about this.

I just dont know is theres things that can be done diff...???:ecomcity:

what i mean is - do you have to wait after ejaculation before moving?

When I concieved DS I was using the pillow under the hips method, or sometimes feet on the wall and I concieved first cycle.

Basically the idea was to raise the hips above the head and I'd stay like that for at least 30 mins after we'd finished.

I'm still using this method but with added weight and a reflux problem it's harder as it makes me :barf:

Hi there,
It does seem weird asking questions like this to strangers but we are here to help each other.
I am in the same boat as you i just can't fall preg, we have been trying since March after the 2nd miscarriage and it's so hard. Both times i have fallen preg first try then i loose them.
When i fell the first time i had my legs in the air for a while after we did the deed and did the same the second time.
I havent done it this time maybe thats my problem :eek:
They say to stay laying down with a pillow under your hips, i have heard for about 20 min. I suppose the longer the better.

ok - thats prob the first thing that we do wrong.
I normally get up as soon as the deed is done and "clean up"
see i dont have any idea on what to do....
